Hi Neighbors,
We had our monthly call with Meritage and Kuester today and I wanted to provide a quick update.
- Sport Court - The only thing left to do is install the net. It's open for basketball now.
- Boat Storage - This should open shortly as the Duke work is finally being finished up. I had a couple of people ask if there will be lights installed - there are no plans to do so at this time. Note that there is a tall barbed wire fence surrounding the storage so it should be pretty secure.
- Clubhouse septic - apparently there was a lightning strike or something that damaged the panel for the pump; this is being repaired
- Lakefront Amenity - No change; construction should start later this year
- Playground - No change, installation will happen this fall
- Streetlights - We are still waiting on Duke Power to install the 4 requested refraction shields
- Pool Cover - Kuester is currently soliciting some additional bids for this
- Pool Furniture - no update
- Water Pressure - no update
- Lock on the Men's Bathroom at pool: This is still not fixed and apparently the lock may be broken. We may end up having to replace the lock.
As a reminder, this is the last weekend the pool will be open.
