Bells Crossing Property Owners Association Clubhouse Rules And Use Agreement
GENERAL
Members and approved guest of the Association are permitted to use the Bells Crossing Property Owners Association Clubhouse and facilities in accordance with the following rules. The HOA Clubhouse Rules may be revised by the Board of Directors.
CLUBHOUSE RULES
1. There shall be no music or other noise loud enough to be offensive to those living near the Clubhouse. Music shall not be played or performed so as to be heard outside the Clubhouse. Clubhouse doors shall remain closed at all times.
2. All events shall end on or before midnight.
3. Exclusive use of the pool or pool area is not permitted when the clubhouse is reserved.
4. Use is limited to members in good standing. Good standing constitutes all HOA dues and fees paid in full.
5. The member/ authorized user reserving the Clubhouse must host the activity, be present, and be personally responsible at all times. The member reserving the clubhouse must remain on the premises following the conclusion of the event until all attendees have departed. (By 12 midnight)
6. Wet clothing and pets are not allowed in the clubhouse.
7. The Clubhouse and facilities must be returned to their original condition by 10:00 am the following day. If an event is scheduled for the following day, the clubhouse must be cleaned and ready for use by 7:00 am. The member reserving the Clubhouse is responsible for returning it to its original condition.
The member agrees to do the following after use:
A. Remove all trash and dispose in containers.
B. Clean refrigerator, microwave oven, countertops and table tops.
C. Vacuum carpeted areas and sweep floor.
D. Remove all food and drinks.
E. Turn off all lights and lock all windows and doors.

8. The Clubhouse may not be used for frequent regularly scheduled meetings unless they involve a majority of Association members.
9. Persons less than 18 years of age are prohibited from using the Clubhouse unless there is at least a 10:1 children-to-adult ratio present at all times.
10. The Clubhouse shall not be used for profit-making activities.
11. Clubhouse furniture may not be moved outside of the club facility.
